Travel Policy

Program Conditions

Included in the price of the program:
1- Breakfast and dinner, daily
2- Ground transportation during the program
3- Entrance fees for sites
4- Guiding
5- Administrative fees

Program price does not include:
1- optional costs such as single room supplement and travel insurance
2- personal expenses such as laundry; individual travel arrangements; beverages at meals
3- lunches
4- tips for bus drivers and guides (where applicable)
5- passports and foreign visas (if needed; or fees and surcharges imposed after the time of registration).

Payment: Full payment is required 20 days prior to arrival. Please note that in order to keep our prices low, Siraj Center for Holy Land Studies does not accept credit cards.

Passports and Visas: Prior to arrival, each person must obtain a passport that is valid for at least six months.

Lodging: The price is based on double-occupancy.

Cancellation conditions: Siraj Center for Holy Land Studies will make every effort to recuperate program payments in the event of cancellation. However, our ability to do so is limited to the following schedule: 30 days prior to arrival, 80% refund of the total program cost; 29- 15 days prior to arrival, 70% refund of total program cost; 14-3 days prior to arrival, 50% refund of total program cost; 2 days prior to date of arrival, 30% refund of total program cost; on or after day of arrival, 0% refund of total program cost.

Travel and Health Insurance: Siraj Center for Holy Land Studies encourages its program participants to purchase travel insurance.
